Stress is often a contributing factor to overeating, so while you may be trying to lose weight for your wedding day it is not going to be an easy road ahead. However, you will be successful with wedding day weight loss if you follow these simple techniques.

1. Consume smaller meals. Often if you eat out at restaurants, they have portions that are out of control. You can be satisfied with less food. Try it.

2. Figure out sources of empty calories in your diet, such as high-fat and high-sugar snacks, and limit them. Take up looking at the labels of your foods. Even in flavored yogurt, there are tons of extra calories. Opt for plain or the diet version if it has fewer calories. You want to make certain that you are burning more calories than you are eating.

3. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your daily diet. They’re powerhouses of nutrition and can fill you up on fewer calories.
